Матрасы новые. В каждой комнате новый 50 дюймовый смарт ТВ с IPTV телевидением. Мебель вся новая. Есть все для комфортного проживания. Рядом есть магазины, аптеки, центральный рынок. До лечебного озера 20 минут ходьбы. Рядом остановка общественного транспорта до моря. Ехать 10 минут. Возможна встреча с аэропорта или с ж/д вокзала за отдельную плату. По вопросу стоимости уточняйте, потому-что зависит от сезона.
